HEXA Containment Inside Sales Representatives are the standard bearers of our commitment to a better customer experience. They set the tone for the customer’s expectations, working with intensity to deliver the best solution to our customers, fast. They are the first on the scene, introducing our company to the world. An ISR instills confidence in our customers, letting them know that they’ve come to the right place…that HEXA Containment is the right choice. Inside Sales Reps thrive in a team based, competitive environment and LOVE a challenge. They are constantly looking at the scoreboard, wanting to know who’s ahead. They take ownership, working with their team to make sure everyone achieves their goals, exceeding the targets set by the company. They set the pace for the team, challenging those around them to stretch and perform at their highest. An Inside Sales Rep is not content. They are ambitious and want to grow. They are hungry to learn all they can, so they are prepared for the next challenge, the next opportunity. They understand that exceeding their goals, represents more than the bonus. - Coupling eagerness with organizational skills, the Inside Sales Representative will develop new markets, as well as, provide support to grow existing markets.
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every opportunity and provide solutions.
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
