Description:
HEXA’s Floating Boom Socks are great for quickly and effectively containing and absorbing oil spills on the surface of the water. Fully buoyant, the oil-only socks will float so they can be skimmed across the water to soak up oil, while repelling water.
Each boom sock has metal connectors and rope running down its length providing added strength and allowing them to be easily connected with additional boom socks or tow lines.
With a polypropylene mesh outer skin and polypropylene filler, HEXA’s boom socks are economical and effective for everyday spills and cleanup. Polypropylene provides strength, durability, and absorbability.
